As it draws closer and closer, tag teams up and down the Inspire Pro ranks are looking towards the upcoming Inspire Pro Tag Team Title tournament. Duos are jockeying for position in an attempt to gain momentum leading into this monumental chance to make history and stand atop Inspire Pro’s tag team division. Many predictions have been made by the Inspire Pro faithful concerning this tournament, and one of the teams considered by many to be early front runners are none other than the young and hungry “House Of Wolves”, Erik Shadows and Matt Riot.
Ever since their debuts on the inaugural Inspire Pro event THE BEGINNING, both Shadows and Riot have put in the work month after month, fighting to prove that they belong and can be considered the future of this industry. No matter the obstacle, they have showcased an admirable amount of heart and determination, encompassing the qualities of true athletes.
First finding great success as a unit back at BATTLEWARS in the 8-Person Elimination Tag Team match, Shadows and Riot have gained quite a bit of success in Inspire Pro together. They’ve scored wins over The Orphans at FUN FUN FUN FEST and most recently The Pump Patrol at IN THEIR BLOOD 2. They even achieved a shocking elimination over”Cowboy” James Claxton in the Tag Team Rumble back at PHENOMENON, before being pulled over the top rope by an already out Claxton.
Recently, cameras caught up with Erik Shadows to obtain his thoughts on the upcoming tournament. What we would come to find out, is that Shadows had something else in mind as he would issue a huge challenge for himself and Matt Riot come our next event on August 9th.
The question is, who steps up to the challenge placed by The House Of Wolves at FADE TO BLACK and will the duo of Shadows and Riot use this matchup to further their mission of becoming the first ever Inspire Pro Tag Team Champions?
